What to do with my all over the place timing table

I'm looking at my timing table and it starts off low then goes up in the middle RPM range then goes down again. The numbers are also not really continuous across the x axis either. Would you guys recommend making my high RPM values higher then my current mid RPM values to create a steady increase up to the shift point?

Have you set your LTFTs to slightly negative yet? If so, then what I did was take the high spark table and multiply by 1.02 which added 4* to the high side and about 2* to the low sides... I also looked at the 3d graph and made the slopes of the curves more fluid so they weren't as choppy. The engine has to go from one cell to the next and if there is a great jump between cells, it seems to have issue.

    hope this helps.
