    credits, current waiting time ?

    I saw this post.

I agree that HPT does get the new keys out fast usually 12-24 hours but I needed one within 4 hours. I never had a problem till now. I'll just have to bite the bullet and tie up $100 for 2 credits.

But wish it was that fast. I paid on Sunday and it's Tuesday with no emails yet.

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

They get automatically generated so yes an email was sent. When in doubt though its as simple as checking your customer page to see if the credits have been added.

Ok triple checked, the only email I got after paying was from paypal and that was the reciept . I was able to go to my customer page and request a new string and got it just fine and and my new credits are in there.

Don't know why I never got the email, but it's all ok now.
