Alright as of now we cannot raise our p/n rev limiter... I believe there is a fix by email not 100% sure... So its stuck at 4500 rpms.
Guy with a 2k1 5-speed v6 f-body had this problem
whole thread about it here...Went to the club dyno day today. Wasn't expecting any problems, car was basically the same as when I ran it back in April.
Except the car wasn't happy. On the dyno, in any gear, the car wouldn't rev over 4500 rpm. I was acting like it was getting the fuel cut off.
We checked the parking brake, still nothing.
Car is fine on the street - right off the rollers it pulled nicely up to 6k in both first and second gears. Just like it's always done.
Aur filter is clean, fuel filter is new, and it's fine on the street, so what caused this?

Apparently a few people have had same issues on the dyno (little G, 2k2 5-speed, and kristen 2k1 5-speed, and this dude with a 2k1 5-speed)
All have the same problem.
As the thread states... Little G and I think it might be related to the front wheel sensors maybe?
Since they are stationary, the command in the computer to turn the p/n limiter off is off?
because if you are driving hard coming up you can rev the car up to 6k with the clutch pedal in, to rev match a downshift no problem. So its not related to the clutch pedal.
and since the rear wheels are going on the dyno, probalby not the rear wheels.
Any thoughts?
