    1998 Corvette File not supported?

If you have previously sent in a stock file for one of these that says Definition failed to load. Please e-mail this file to support at hptuners dot com Is it OK to do a full rewrite with the fixed file or do you need to send the file in for each car?

im honestly not sure what your asking...when you get a def. failed to load error they just send you an updated version of the editor...they don't touch the file...they just add operating system to their database and send you a new installer.

All I got was a file back named _fix last year. I just wanted to make sure I was ready so the customer doesn't have to wait.

The original hpt. file I sent in still doesn't open but the one I got back labeled _fix does.

just the regular write is fine. We have implemented a fix in the upcoming 2.1.18 version that will eliminate this annoying GM issue for 98's.

Is there going to be a fix for the column lock issues the C5 guys are having?

Chris was looking into it but no guarantees as of yet. Plenty of Ford stuff on his plate right now.
