Why is this thing commanding shifts so early?

EVERY table even TUTD set to 137mph for the 4-5 shift command and RPM at 6600 rpm but it shows 4-5 command at 121mph and does the actual shift at 6300rpm (see timing retard at shift event, PCS pressure changes) Usually I have no problems setting mph a little earlier than desired shift so it knows when its coming and then it shifts pretty close to requested RPM but not this time

This car (2015 Chevy SS) has been doing some wierd stuff, the TCS button doesnt seem to function at all I had to pull fuses to disable the traction control to make dyno pulls

Also the trans I THINK came out of a Caprice, TCM was flashed at dealer with SS operating system and they were supposedly matching OS numbers

Hmm, nothing sticks out. I mean maybe adjust every table as a test. The OS lists as correct for the vin number. The cal seg is different, there may be something there if it was not a GM update for that TCM OS.

TCS button pressed for > 10sec if you haven't tried that yet/

Might be this. Try matching up the numbers.

Good eye, Ill try that. Not enough percent difference to add up to that much off, but worth a shot. Absolutely TCS is off every time
