2019 Procharged C7 GS M7, hesitation between wot shifts?

Hi guys, I am pretty sure this has been discussed before but I am not sure if a solution was ever found.

2019 Procharged C7 GS, has a hesitation between shifts at WOT. Not always but enough to notice. Any idea where we should be attacking this?

I think its always discussed that a tune file and a log goes a long way.
