PRNDL status not correct after 4L80E swap

I'm having a weird issue in HP tuners with the PRNDL status.

PRNDL status shows "D2" in HP tuners when it's physically shifted into D2 as it should, but it says on "D2" when it's physically shifted into D1.
PRNDL status shows "park" in HP tuners when it's physically shifted into Neutral.
Park, Reverse, D4, D3, D2 all show up as correct under PRNDL status in HP tuners

It shifts electronically into all gears correctly, and everything appears to be functioning correctly other than this weird status issue.
What could be causing the problem?

2000 Camaro SS, B&M 80842 shifter, 4L60E to 4L80E swapped. Electronic shift VB.
Stock 2000 PCM had been flashed to a 2002 PCM OS awhile ago long before the transmission swap.
    HP Tuners version 3.4.89
There is no option for "PRNDL Equipped" to set it as "none" or "PRNDL" or "PN Only" under the general tab of the transmission in this earlier version of VCM Editor. This option was only offered in later versions of the software.
I can see these options when I view the tune on another laptop that has the latest version of the software, but I write my files using an MPVI 1 and v3.4.89

The pcm should be using the internal pressure switch for indicated gear, but I have no idea why it's not showing up correctly for N and D1 with all the other gears being correct.

All wiring for the aftermarket components is correct to the best of my knowledge, and the shift linkage is correct as the shifter physically shifts into all gear positions.

4L60E to 4L80E wiring harness is correct. OSS and ISS wiring to the PCM is correct.

4L60E to 4L80E segment swap was verified to be correct transferring both the 4L80E transmission and the trans diagnostics when looking at the calibration data in the tunes.

The 80842 aftermarket shifter has a backup light switch and a neutral safety switch on it. I don't see how this wiring would impact my issue at all, but here it is all the same. I tapped into the oem 6 way switch located on the stock shifter and hooked it up to the B&M per the image below. A jumper was used on pin A and B to get the trunk release to work.

    Stock tune had:

    OS 9381344
    Engine 9357637
    Engine diag 9358055
    Trans 16264139
    Trans diag 16264348
    Fuel Sys 16264535
    System 16264751
    Speedometer 9359152

It was then flashed awhile back to a 2002 OS, still with the 4L60E and the new tune had:

    OS 12212156
    Engine 9358576
    Engine diag 9358901
    Trans 9358310
    Trans diag 16264429
    Fuel Sys 16264619
    System 9373540
    Speedometer 9362080

After performing a 4L80E segment swap, the current tune has:

    OS 12212156
    Engine 9358576
    Engine diag 9358901
    Trans 9358280
    Trans diag 16264369
    Fuel Sys 16264619
    System 9373540
    Speedometer 9362080

Wouldn't this be better served in the transmission channel? https://forum.hptuners.com/forumdisp...g-Transmission
