No, their tunes are tuner locked and they use their own editing software. so some of the parameters may not be visible to HPTuners.
The only way that would happen is if you directly hook the controller up to a power source that is "Hot" all the time, like the battery. you just need to make sure its "key hot".
I believe you can just swap them. but i'm not 100% sure. maybe shoot them an email: [email protected]. i'm sure they would know.
