With your returnless sytem, at 58 PSI, the ID1000 table scaled 50% would be 57.14, 57.49, 57.84, 58.19, 58.53, 58.87, 59.19, 59.52, 59.85, 60.17, 60.50, 60.81, 61.13, 61.44, 61.76, 62.07, 62.38. That'll let you get the VE table below atmospheric pressure correct...above atmospheric pressure, the VE table is going to have a sudden change in slope to accomodate for the IFR sitting locked in at 57.14 while the pressure across the injector is decreasing.
