    4L60E guys again having a fluttering in 4th i cant figure out

    Hey guys once again having issue with my tune on the 4l60e

    its a 2010 sierra 4.8 with a tvs2300 2400 stall with a 4L60 with some sonnax valve body parts , super servo.

    issue im having is in 4th gear im getting a surge where you are crusiing and the rpm are jumping up and town like the trans is slipping or something.

    As a test, do whatever you have to do to disable the bypass valve so it stays in the 'open' position. I know on the LSA's just removing/capping the vacuum hose defaults the valve to open all the time, I don't know what's on yours.

    Never thought of that could be slight blower surge ?

    I?ll do that now and log ,

    it?s the same as the LSA vacuum actuator !

    So guys i had a suspicions that my band was either too loose or wearing out. I removed the pic cause the play was too much welded the tip and set it to .065-.075th and she works real good now.
