0x10 is not a code

The code you have is P0343

Fix the P0343 code and then there will be no queries from the ECU on CAN bus 0x10

0x10 means its a permanent code. Which means you cant clear it. It has to be fixed, and the ECM does its own test and clears the fault. Your factory remote start doesnt work at this point.
