New to tunning 1997 L29 Blackbox to 0411 problems

I just swapped the black box PCU to a 0411 2001 chevy express PCU.
Installed a translated bin from the black box to hpt on the 0411.
Issues
Hard start, rough idle until warm.
Runs good with acceleration to 3500 rpm or so until 10 or so minutes then acts like fuel starvation at 2000 rpm.
Any help would be appreciated.
I have attached the tune and log file.
