Buy HP Tuners, download software. Buy 2 credits to unlock and license your computer. Then make the required changes to your computer for the AFM/DoD removal.
Do more research on what you need to change, it's been covered many times. Or if you don't want to do that you'll need to take the truck somewhere or pay someone to tune it for you.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
5FDP nailed it. $400 will get you the MPVI2 along with 2 credits. That's all you need to get started.
Alternatively, you can ship the PCM to a tuner and have them delete the AFM from the PCM. I'll be glad to do it if you want to ship it.
