Cylinder 4 Misfire on Deceleration returning to idle speeds

2006 Trailblazer SS LS2, Magnuson 6psi, mild cam, 1 7/8 headers, built trans, aftermarket converter ( not sure of the brand) Im having an issue with a misfire on cylinder 4. The misfire only happens while decelerating and coming to a stop, close to idle rpm. I can physically feel it shaking and it clears out after you have completely stopped and idling in gear. It has new fuel Injectors and new NGK TR6 spark plugs. It does not miss at idle or in gear at idle, fuel trims are good and do not increase like you would typically see when you have a misfire. I have swapped coils and plug wires from cylinder 4 to other cylinders, no change. I have increased the misfire monitor settings, but have not disabled them completely. Any input is appreciated.
