Need help on tune

SBE ls1, BTR stg3, 48lb injectors was just put in, been trying to dial the fuel in using an AFR error graph, cell hits on 25, logged 3 logs and pasted into the main VE by percent 1st time then percent half the next two times, and still didn't make matters much better from what I had before. AFRs all over the place. Any tips tricks or opinions?
