Critical Update - Vehicle Recovery - HP Tuners VCM Suite 3.6.20+

It has come to our attention that under some circumstances users have had difficulty recovering vehicle PCMs/TCMs should the flash process be interrupted.
We have made specific advancements in version 3.6.20+ to recover from these types of scenarios on ALL platforms, GM, Ford and Dodge.

If you have not updated to the latest version of VCM Suite, Editor & Scanner, now is the time to do so!

If I update from 3.2.9 to the newest 3.6.20+ will I loose all my ability to re-enter my older tune files? I'm just asking because a few updates back I lost all ability to re-enter my older tune files. Thank you for your help.

No.

If you can't re-renter an old tune file, please open up a support ticket so we can resolve that for you.

If you have issues and do not report them to us via the support channel, it is unlikely your issue will be resolved.
