    Error F3

    i was just using my interface and now i go to start scanning and editing again, and i cant use either scanner or editor without getting an F3 error code. I was getting a error with HP Suite so i uninstalled and went back to the same version, and now i have this issue. Both cables work fine and have verified. any ideas?????
