This is on an ls2 vette, it will randomly command 16.0 afr while cruising and I don't know if i'm looking over something in the tune but I can't see a reason why. Maybe someone can give it a look and i'll see if I can get a log.
Mods are: ls7 cam, manifolds and ls3 heads/intake. I'll post the stock file and the most current.

engine diag-->exhaust--> Post O2 test and Catalyst test, disable them both
