also after several attempts with support I cant see my credits I have accrued, I just plugged into a customers truck I know I paid for because I name them and It asked me for two credits WTF and why so much time with support , Im tired of this 2.24 as promised Keith please

as far as opening the 2.24 log I just open it , the print screen im on the right buttons just takes 100 times
According to your license.dat file you do NOT have a license for the file you sent us just a moment ago, this is not a software bug, you simply do not have a license for it. I've also responded to your email with basically the same reply.

That is a single vcm license you have for a completely different 04 silverado, compare the two vcm id numbers and you will see this.

What's up with the 2 bar operating system being removed. I'm trying to tune a cammed dod deleted gen 4 Holden. I select the os tab in the editor and it's not there. This is the first cammed 6l I have done with vcm 3.25 am I missing something?

A cammed car doesnt need a 2 bar OS.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
No custom operating systems were removed.

Ok so I worked out the 2 bar os doesn't display once it's applied

my laptop has never crashed, however when running 3.0 apparently it becomes unstable with windows 10 and shuts the whole laptop down. what a pain.
also no codes read on a 2014 sierra.

What version of 3.0 are you using? Have you submitted the crash reports?

If you've applied it, it will no longer show up in the OS upgrades... You'll know if your working with a 2bar OS by having the extra VE tables under airflow now, not to mention a few other new tables...
The OS upgrades also unfortunately weren't available for every platform or operating system, no matter the year model built......
