is it normal to move that much ? I know some is normal I just thought it was kind of excessive on the wb gauge.. ive tried every setting I can think of and can make things worse but never much better .. just want to hear if this is correct or how to fix it.. thank you

and no there isnt anything in my yard unmodified
also I know tune still needs touching up.. I just changed it from 99 Silverado to 2000 Camaro file and changed exhaust and larger injectors yesterday and haven't finished it yet.. but it has had same problem since I built setup.
