2.25 will not currently open .bin files that 2.24 will. Not sure if it is in the plans but would be nice to maintain this feature and add it for newer pcms. HPT does not always have all the functionality that may be required at an advanced level. If we can solve the functionality ourselves and bring back into HPT for use this way its a nice feature to have. It is an option the competition currently offers.
2.24 can only open .bin files for a few of the older GM controllers.
We have a different solution in mind for 2.25 to give you custom parameter access.
