Will I be able to use VCM suite to tune my car?

I want to start tuning my car and would like to do it with VCM suite.
It's a 99 Corvette. It was previously tuned with EFIlive and, as far as I can remember, the tuner modified the stock OS from a 2001 Corvette before flashing it onto my 1999 PCM.
So, will the 8 license credits I would get by purchasing VCM suite allow me to read the OS from the PCM, modify it with VCM editor and flash my changes back onto the PCM?
    Thank you,

Best bet would likely be to read the pcm as it sits then have it flashed to stock via tech 2 or similar and read THAT file and use that file as your base.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

or you could do like it did and unlock the year model using 6 credits, and have 2 to spare incase you wanted to use VCM enhancment. then you could flash your pcm with any other OS from the file repository as long as it is the same year.
