I opened my HP scanner program, yhe under the display tab, I clicked on DTC's & Emissions, Readiness & Diagnostic tests & tried to pull up the Diagnostics info screen. It is blank screen on a Blazer & also a camaro.
The Vehicle Info screen comes up blank also.
Any body know what I am doing wrong?

Did you Key On and hit the connect to vehicle Icon?
diagnostics info screen has never been enabled, its been sitting dormant as long as I can remember. Nothing he's doing wrong, just not a feature in our software yet.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I'm confused. I'm having this problem now after upgrading to 2.24. I've definitely used this screen many times to clear dtc's, check readiness, etc.
