How do you tune this Kenne Bell Throttle Body?

Hey guys, I've hit the wall so far as oncoming airflow goes to my supercharger so I figured this would be the way to go due to the funky air intake design of my 3.6 Kenne Bell: http://www.kennebell.net/KBWebsite/A...ts/mam2150.htm

I have a basic grasp of how to tune for a Throttle Body but what gets me is, this one is oval, and the manufacture doesn't provide throttle follower torque numbers or an airflow ramp chart.

Can someone enlighten me here? Thanks.

Just and idea, but it wouldnt be hard to linerize it with a circular one based on the area since the pcm uses area, not actual geometry to calculate airflow. Basically, yours has X times the area of an equivalent circular one at any given position. If you can get accurate measurements of the blade, you can define X. Close would probably be sufficient.

Wonderful, that tells me how to calibrate the airflow meter, now just the question, how do you calculate throttle follower torque for the motor on this TB? Would I need gear ratio, open speed, close speed, and motor ratings at X voltage? Or is there a different way?

NE is a circular throttle body. Totally different behavior in relation to throttle percentage.

Rob, just calculate the scalar and go from there. The scalar should do most of the work.
