GMT900 07 to 08 PCM upgrade not able to change VIN?

Ok, I have a 07 silverado with 4.8 turbo, the 07 PCM has no option for the 2 bar upgrade, so I decided to get a 08 PCM to flash it with a file from a 08 4.8/4l80e van to get the extended maf, the 2 bar upgrade and also flash the tcm to work with a 4l80 when I do the swap.

Both PCM´s are licensed and the file to flash the PCM/TCM,it let me tune and write entire relink VATS, disable VATS the whole nine yards but not change the VIN, says unable to locate VCM.

Also getting service theft deterrent system message on the DIC and the truck wont start

Is it possible to change the VIN or bypass the service deterrent system?

VIN ha to agree with the OS, which is usually specific to model year, in the PCM with HPTuners.

is there anything I can do to make it work with that PCM?, because I dont think the dealer would change the vin on it
