    Idle surge after injector swap?

99 c5 with deka 60's and Greg banish data.

Vehicle has a corsa cat back and a vortech t trim v3 running 10lb boost.

After injector swap I loaded in the data fired up.

It had a notible idle surge.

Didn't check for a vacuum leak.

But ruling that out would this vehicle need a idle airflow adjustment?

Didn't surge prior to injector swap.

Starting to question this banish data.

What is the previous calibration before you changed the injectors (and their data)? If you have previously tuned around some other injector by skewing the VE and MAF tables, only fixing the injector calibration may not be the whole story.

    As Greg said.........

What were the injectors previously? Can you post the tune? And data log before and after? That would help a bunch in diagnosing.

The tune was basically stock as far as ve and maf goes
    Base timing table etc.
    Tq management rear o2 deleted.
    11.5:1 wot afr.
    The car had stock injectors.

I then punched the data in installed the injectors fired the car up and it surged.
I figured let me tune it and see what happens.

It would surge under start up then level out.
I also noticed with this car upon start up the wideband reads lean then goes to stoich
Once it hits stoich the surging also disappears.

I'll post a log when I meet the owner again.

Overall the car runs great and the owner is happy.

I'm starting to wonder if it's a vacuum leak at the injectors.

Might be pushing boost right thru and sucking vacuum at idle.
