torque converter tuning help

hey guys i just installed my stock torque converter back on the truck, i notice the shift points, shifting sooner, so i know how to change that but what am having a problem with is that when i have the truck on drive it starts to roll on its own really fast, even if i have it on neutral it will start rolling fast, where on the tune can i change so it goes back to normal. this is on a 2001 chevy silverado with a 4l60

The first file is whats on the truck now, the second file its the changes that I made, using a stock file.
