Its the pcm's hardcoded limit, no easy way around it other than fudging the airflow tables.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
A wise man once said "google it"
So I really can't use these injectors?

Search "IFR scaling". Lots of info out there but requires all airflow and torque calculations to be scaled to the same amount as the IFR table scaling.
As others said, it is possible, do more searching. But it is a PITA! Its GM's fault!
pm me your email ill send you a document that will help with scaling
You're working too hard. Why not simply scale the voltage table instead?
Its not that hard to do. You need to scale any table that is references buy grams/sec or lbs/min.

Is there any way to simply scale the injectors on my stock tune to get the car just to start to make sure everything is set good?

Back to this whole thing...I was told IFR vs. IAT will successfully work in upping the injector size...

give it a try, it might work, because when you go FULL SD thats the secret table to tune so your car drives in every weather temp
yea, give it a shot. wonder if the IFR parameter would show the change in the scanner...
if you're going to run sd, and dont need the extra room on the maf, then it would be a simple solution...
Car runs great. I maxed out the ifr table then did 1.3072 in the ifr vs volts AND ifr vs IAT.

Snyper, do you have the siemens 80# injectors
I read on tech from racetronix that these injectors are actually rated at 83# with gasoline, and this is with 3 bar fuel pressure, not 4 bar fuel pressure, so that would mean they would be in the 90's with 58psi fuel pressure
I'm tryin to figure out how accurate this info is so I have no issues
, thanks

seems to work fine for me...How do I know if its not working? Im getting 14.7-15.0 at idle...A Tuner in NY uses this method on the e40 and says it works.

log IFR. 63.5 is a hardcoded limit, the pcm can't go any higher even via multiplier/modifier.
just for the hell of it though, change those modifier tables back to 1, and see what happens...
