Case Relearn and Credits?

Hey,

I am trying to do a favor for a friend and do a case relearn for him because he got a new PCM. I haven't tested it out yet, but i don't want him to come all the way down here for nothing.

He doesn't want a tune so I don't want to register him and use credits for just a case relearn

So does it cost any credits to just do a simple case relearn with the scanner without adding the vin to the system?
