Read the file from each car and just use the comparison log to duplicate each car's tune. That'd be the easiest way.

I know that I can do the comparison file and do a cut and past but I was looking for a faster way to do this.
Using the comparison log to apply all the changes automatically is a pretty fast way to do it.

Open your editor with the tune from the car you want to change. Then do a compare and click View Comparison Log of the file you want the changes from. Click the Engine, Transmission and System negative until all three have the plus sign. Right click each and click Copy over differences for each. Having the plus is not absolutely necessary but to me makes it a bit quicker. You can click the minus and do the same thing.
