Holden V6 3.6L STFT & LTFT at wot
Hello,
yesterday i tuned Holden V6 2008 with catback and custom intake.
and i realize that the STFT goes to -14 at wot with 9deg of knock retard.
i tried to rescale the maf but there is no change in the STFT reading. am i missing something here ?
or does the ecm add fuel because of the knock?
As i read in HPtuner forum that these engines they all knock with stock tune.
so i retard the timing and i made the target lambda around .88
but i seems that i lost power when i retard the timing. and i had to add timing again and it actually gain some power.
Does this engine like more timing with high knock values ? or how to get better gain with these engine ?
