Potential Tuner
New to tuning can anyone take a look at what I've started?
I've put in quite a few hours into research and logging, I've had my mistakes and it's helped me learn a lot on the way to where I am now but something just doesn't feel right in the lower rpm range. It seems to hang up or too slow in the kick down while cruising, lets say I'm going 40mph and punch it, the kick down seems to take a total of 5-10 seconds. I am also concerned with what I think is a little bit of a back fire while idling, it's not constant but almost predictable every 15ish seconds you can hear it, plugs look fine so maybe my spark tables? Any feedback on my tune would be greatly appreciated.

I'm just wondering if I'm going in the right direction or if I'm just needing to go back to the drawing board, come this spring I'm planning to add the plugs and nitrous system but want to make sure that I'm not going to bend the rods or possibly have a major nitrous backfire.
Thank you for any help.
