    2021 6.2 F250 Misfire Issues

    Good Morning,

This truck is bone stock and no changes in the pcm. When at idle its misfiring like crazy. A co-workers truck is doing the same thing. When we asked Ford about it they said it is normal. Also there is no cel.

    thanks ahead of time.

    Don

did you check to see all the wires are connected properly and that there is no arching on any of the coils? the coils arching does not seem to cause CEL in the Super Duty. might want to find a new dealer if they think misfiring is normal on a stock vehicle.

Ran the truck in the dark, dont think I saw any shorting, when the sun comes up I will check that they are properly connected.

and I only run gasonline in it, not the E85. could a sensor be off and have the timing adjusted for E85
