Colorado V8 swap start problems

Hey guys, anyone here done a swap with CPW harness and e67 ecu? I have everything done, we removed vats with HPT also disable starter faults, but I have no trigger on the starter. I bought the CPW switch mod, and it sends the signal to the ecu but the relay doesn?t give power to the starter. I have power at the relay, if I make a jumper on the relay the engine turns, but looks like the ecu is not signaling it. I still have the lock light flashing in the dash so I?m assuming it has something to do with pass lock. My truck is a 2006 Colorado, and I?m using a 09 V8 Colorado OS. Any ideas of what could be happening? Thanks in advance.
