Selling an MPVI1

Hi,

I am going to be selling my MPVI pro to a friend soon. I will un-register the device from my account and he will be able to register it in his account, but I'm wondering if all of the licenses stay with the device? I have 3 vehicles registered on the device currently and don't want to lose them.
