help.... need startup/beginning tune for a fresh 408 build.

I need some advice on setting up a nee start up tune for e brand new 408 build.
this my first tune starting from scratch and the past 3 times i paid for help, did nothing but cost me a few hundred dollars and anengine.
So at this point if it blows up, its on me and im not paying someone else to do it.
I am fairly new to tuning.and im really just hoping to get her to start and idle and maybe drive.
I've also had a couple set backs and had to replace my DW fuel injectors with the stock 2012 vette injectors which I dont have the flow numbers, pulse width and all those calculations , my fuel rails and adapters, UPS was kind enough to ship them to texas then to chicago and (where they are at now and yet they were to be delivered today) live in seattle though.
any suggestions or reference materials or videos would be a great help.
i literally have no starting point to even begin with this tune.

So you removed Deatschwerks injectors that you had data for with GM injectors and you are unable to find those dumbers? Go to the Tune Repository and download a tune, use the LS1 to LS3 injector spreadsheet and copy them over. Why you decided to go with stock injectors when you have good ones to begin with I dunno.

Other than that, do you have a Wideband O2 sensor to tune with and do you have access to a load bearing dyno (Mustang, Superflow, DynoDyanamics, DynaPack)?

Beyond that, you sound like you need to buy a a starter course at https://www.thetuningschool.com and learn the process. Its actually a pretty easy process for a Gen3, but if you have zero idea about fuel injection and how it works, you should consider their beginner course.

I ended up sticking with my DW injectors after all, so besides the fact that I cant get it to idle. It's doing something strange.
Whenever I give it gas, it acts like its not getting any fuel until I letup off the accelerator and then I get a surge from the engine.
It's been over a month now and I still haven't had a chance to drive it yet.
