Having an issue with wide open maf tuning. Adjusted mad curve 2x and no change to afr. Staying around 16. Had a fuel pressure issue but fixed it. No change. 99 c5 with ls3 with stage 3 cam, headers. I dont know how to attach log file or tune

What injectors?? If stock then it?s bc your out of fuel...
What?s IDC? If it keeps going up with no change then there ya go
In the bottom right there is a button to click that says ADVANCED click here, then click ADD FILES, " browse to you log file and double click it, then click UPLOAD, then look slightly below that were it says INSERT INLINE and click that and then DONE.

Ok ls3 injectors fine, thought you had 99 ls1 injectors
Updated ls3 injector , changed a few more pe enrich tables but nothing changes anythibg

oxygen sensors can not read raw fuel. put it in SD mode and see if the o2's react at wot.
