E67 Pulse width modulated fan slows down when drivig

I have a Pulse width modulated fan connected to my E67. I have the fan% vs ECT table set up the way I would like and it works when I am sitting still. When I start to increase vehicle speed, something is commanding the fan to slow down. I need them to stay on regardless of my vehicle speed. I don't see any tables in the E67 for "vehicle speed vs fan %" like there are in some of the E38 ECM or even the "ECT override limit" setting. Has anyone figured out a way to fix this? I submitted a help ticket to HP Tuners, but I would like to get this fixed ASAP. Thank you. Tune is attached.

Bump. Anybody have experience with this? HP tuners support hasn't gotten back to me yet either. I'd love to find a fix for it before this weekend.
