personally I would do the following but that's just me and I'm by no means an expert
your PE value is 1 which means youre commanding stoich during PE which happens before BE. I would change that value to 1.151 across the board.
enable spark smoothing if its a manual. if its TH400 or glide leave it disabled.
max out the P1514/P0068 value to 4.1 in ENGINE DIAGNOSTICS>AIRFLOW>THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR
set your burst knock airmass limiter to 8 and zero the entire vs.RPM table. actual knock retard will remove timing if need be. burst knock is rarely correct in retarding timing.
set your PE maximum knock retard a little higher for where it can be on boost. i.e. 3000-8000rpm. perhaps 8-10 degrees would be safer.
