Hi I want to change my 2005 Silverado 5.3,4wd,4l65e to DBC.
I know I need a different PCM.
Along with harness changes.
I was told to use a # #12581565 PCM with O/S #12579405.
Is there a 4wd O/S that would be closer to what I need.
Can my VIN be installed with the new O/S?
Any help would be appreciated.

I couldn't tell you about the VIN stuff.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
