Dakota Digital Cruise and 4K VSS Pulse signal?

This is my first time using HP Tuners, or doing any tuning in general Ive built several custom vehicles just never got into the tuning side myself so I have much to learn.

I'm working on a jeep TJ I swapped a 09 Pontiac G8 6.0 and 6l80 trans into. The ECM and TCM was flashed by Speartech to E38 and T43.

Im trying to get a Dakota Digital CRC-1000 working correctly. Ive been through the wiring and pinout voltages a couple times and been on the phone with Dakota Digital a couple times, everything physically checks out fine. Basically all I get out of them now is that in these cases its usually a issue with the VSS output. The required VSS output is 4000 pulses per mile. I believe the cruise picks this up from its connection to the diagnostic port pins 6 & 13.

Looking at HP Tuners, my Vehicle Speed Output is set to Serial, Pulse Average 10, Max Period 300, Serial Min Freq 1 Hz

Does this appear to be correct for the output that the cruise is looking for?

I see there is an option to set the output to REP TOS.

What is REP TOS, do I need to use this output?

    Thanks for any help.
