    Gen 3 24x crank with 4x cam gear

    Without thinking I purchased a single bolt cam and don't want to swap crank reluctors and pcms. I'd rather not take a loss on the cam so I'm trying to see if something cam be changed in HP Tuners so a 24x crank reluctor will work with a 4x cam gear (without the lingefelter box). I've heard that setup can be used with the holley dominator but figured I'd ask about hp tuners. (I have not yet purchased HP tuners so I have no hands on with it).

    Nope, it's going to need a 1x cam gear to work.

    Cam gears are cheap, the lingerfelter box isn't.
    2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

    I haven't been able to find an aftermarket 1x single bolt cam gear

    Hmm, I figured by now someone made one but I guess I haven't looked into it that way. I knew they made it the other way around for a few years now.

    I don`t think a 1 bolt.1 pole gear will ever be made.
    There is no need for it.
    The cams made for a 1 bolt are for VVT,DOD,AFM.
    As stated are for 58 x 4 gears.
    I don`t think the lingenfelter box will allow you to mix 58 x 1 or 24 x 4 gears.
    Not sure if the Holley box will allow you to mix gears.
    Change the reluctor or get the right cam.
    You will have to run a front mounted cam sensor with 1 bolt cam.
    I have not seen a gen 4 cam 1 bolt with the cam reluctor machined on the end.
