2015 challenger Whipple codes

Ok so I have a 2015 challenger 6.4 6spd I was getting 18lbs of boost now for some reason I get codes p1004 p132 p152 p1128 p1129 and feels like it misses but no missfires logged my fuel pressure is around 42 at idle then goes up to 60 in boost and now it's only making 15lbs of boost. I've replaced both upstream o2 sensors and jumper harnesses. My wideband reads for e85 and sits around 10.2 to 9.8 crusing and 7.5 at WOT and on coast it will get up to about 13. This thing is driving me crazy and I don't know why I lost boost
