Coolant temp and oil pressure channels not reading

Both sensors are active on the dash read out. As far as i can tell tho the signal is not reaching the ecu. Both read in the negatives on the scanner channel list. Coolant for instance in reading -38* while the dash read out for coolant temp climbs and sits at normal operating temp as if nothing is wrong. What could cause this or where do I need to look for the break in communication?

First try removing the channel, then re-poll for supported parameters in the scanner and then re-add the channel.

If you get the same thing, then the ECT sensor could be bad, it will give a reading to both the dash and computer I think.

Oil pressure doesn't work on a GEN 3 as far as I know. It seems to always read negative.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
