The short answer is nothing, it doesn't matter that you are running 93 octane. The computer doesn't have to be re-programmed or anything to run that fuel.
That fuel just gives you the ability to do more compared to 87 octane as it is more resistant to knock. You may get the ability to maximize the power potential from the motor using 93 octane by tweaking the tune. Like running a decent AFR for power or more timing in spots to gain horsepower and torque.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
