Can Hp Tuners read a non-supported car... It is Fiesta St with the MED17.2, Tricore TC1767, i want a read to be able to write my own custom definition file. i would rather not pull it and read it from the JTAG.

If its an ecm we support you should be able to read it and send it to support. You won't be able to make a custom definition file from scratch to my knowledge.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
