You should only have to apply the latest update on your customer page, that will upgrade everything to the most recent stuff and he'd be all set. May want to let him know your log in information so he could log in himself and buy credits or do updates on his own.

by deleting your information in your profile and setting the password to something and giving them the password. That way they can login and update the profile with THEIR information.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
