I have a stock 6L motor that im using, modified wire harness using DBW. I have a 2003 4.8L computer and a 2003 6L motor. Do I need to make changes to the fuel and spark tables or any other engine management setting.???

Yes.
If fuel injectors on the 6.0 are larger than the 4.8, that needs to be changed. The MAF curve and Primary VE need to match that of the 6.0. The cylinder volume needs to match that of the 6.0. The timing tables should be taken from the 6.0 and put into that tune.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

Why not get a stock 6.0 file from repository and flash it in?
Depends on who you ask. It would take literally less than 5 minutes to swap those mentioned tables and be on your way.
It would take the same or more time if you had to find a 6.0 from the repository, use the segment swap feature and then have to go back and make more changes if you had different gear ratio and tire size or whatever else.

tbh how are you supposed to change said tables with out another tune file to tell you what they should be? (unless your a walking hard drive XD). Once you get the tune file and know what the tables should be sure it could take 5-10 mins but with the same file you need to get the tables correct you could just upload the tune or segment swap the engine stuff and be on your way in 30 seconds. 10 to 1 half a dozen of the other?
