got a 2007 Lexus IS with y LQ4 Twinturbo, trying to wire a speed signal to it, i think oeam wise i have 2pin active Hall sensors. How to wire them up to ECU or MPVI to get a signal?

Normally HALL Effect VSS sensors are 3 wire, but in some cases they can be 2 wire, but that is rare. You didn't mention what transmission you are using? Some trannies are sinusoidal (Tremecs) and need protocol and clocking conversions to square wave etc.
