Add fuel, then see if it comes down and matches the commanded.

Not sure on setup or what mode you are tuning in but you will add to the MAF cuvre or the VE/VVE table.

If using the MAF still, from maybe like 6,000hz on up add 5% worth of fuel and smooth the table. See how close you get to the commanded AFR.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

I believe you have to calibrate the MAF for the difference you got between what you commend (12.55) and what you got (13.5). You could remove the differences by calibrating the MAF reading on WOT. May be it starting from 7500 hz.
13.5/12.5 =1.075. Just multiply the WOT MAF reading into 1.075 then it will get into 12.5 in wot

All you need to do is set up a graph in your scanner plotting air fuel or lambda error vs MAF Hz frequency, then copy from 5 or 6000 hz up and paste special multiply by percent or half percent after it gets close to dial in your MAF... Make sure to keep it smooth by highlighting the changed cells and looking at the line graphical view and smoothing from end to end a couple of times...
